I have activated the App settings from the dashboard but my created offers are not displaying on the cart page?
- Yes, you need to disable the cart drawer setting from your store admin. Go to your store admin--> Theme section--> Customization--> Cart Drawer --> Keep the setting off.

How can I import my all products data?
- After our app installation you have to follow 3 steps to get on the dashboard: Welcome, Import Data and Get Ready.
  
  We import 500 products only in the second step "Import Data". For remaining products, you need to get on the dashboard first then go to Sync Data section --> There is Sync Product option--> Click on the Button "Sync Product" to import your remaining products.

Can I disable the Storefront feature?
- Yes, There is app storefront setting on the dashboard. Just disable it.
Do I need to set-up everything if I change the theme?
- If you change the theme then you just need to enable the App storefront feature setting then the features will start to work on your new theme. If need any support, please email us at support@hubifyapps.com
How to clean up app code from my theme?
- Before uninstalling our app, Just got the Clean App Code Section on the dashboard and hit on the "Clean Code" button then uninstall our App. It will remove our App code from your theme.
What Types Of offers are available?
- You can create custom offers however you want. The offer could be based on product quantity, order pricing, minimum & maximum level, and bulk purchase.
  
  Example 1:
  Save X% if you spend $XXX or more
  XX% off on Y or more products
  Save $XX if you buy Y or more
  
  Example 2:
  Buy 2+ Get 5% off
  Buy 4+ Get 10% off
  Buy $20+ Get 5% off
  Buy $40+ Get 10% off
  
  Note: You can delete the offer anytime.
What Types Of Discounts Can I Create?
- You can create discounts based on percentage and fixed amount.
  
  1. Percentage:
  This option gives out a fixed percentage discount for the purchase. When the customer orders in bulk and has reached the minimum number of units set, the discount based on the percentage is automatically added and will be displayed. 2. Fixed Amount:
  The specific amount for each number of items that have been purchased when the minimum number of units has been reached. The discount, which is based on the fixed amount is automatically computed in the total amount.
  
  Example: Fixed discount options: A Quantity break applies if a certain amount of one specific product is purchased.
  Quantity-based discounts: Create price tiers discount for specific products based on the purchased quantity.
  Multiple discount types: Discount products by a fixed price, a certain percentage, or a dollar amount.
  Apply bulk discounts: Apply bulk discounts to individual products only. Tag-based discount: Offer a tags based discount to a special group by assigning tags.
  Schedule offer: Drive limited time sale in the future with offer scheduler. offer on the cart: Show your customers how much they're saving by buying in bulk.
Why Don’t I see the Upsell Messages in the Cart?
- You might forget to enable Upsell cart setting. To activate the setting, go to dashboard--> Customization section--> Cart Upsell Design--> Enable Upsell Notification bar on the cart page

Why can't I see my volume discount table?
- There are several possible reasons why the volume discount table is not showing up on the product page. You should see your volume discounts table below your ADD TO CART button.
  
  Check your Table design setting is enable or not (Go to customization section --> Table Design and check all settings)

I have a non-standard Theme, can I still use Volume & Tiered Pricing App?
- Our app has been tested & reviewed on the most popular Shopify themes, however, there are some non-standard themes as developed customize for a specific store that we can not test by default.
